SCIENCE Team
The SHARK-VIS Science Team is coordinated by the instrument scientist Simone Antoniucci and currently includes more than 50 people affiliated to institutes in 7 different countries. The team is composed of experts in a wide range of astrophysical topics: minor bodies of the Solar System, formation and characterization of brown dwarfs and exoplanets, protoplanetary and debris disks, jets and outflows from young stellar objects, AGB and post-AGB stars, AGNs. Many of these scientific cases will be investigated in synergy with the science team of the companion instrument SHARK-NIR, coordinated by Valentina D'Orazi.
