Post-doc researcher at INAF-OAPD, Padova, Italy
I am a a post-doc researcher at the INAF-OAPd in Padova.
Before I worked at the Institute of radio astronomy in Bologna, at the University of Padova, at INAF-OAS in Bologna, at the University of Nottingham (UK) and at the Kapteyn Astronomical Institute in Groningen (NL), where I obtained my PhD degree in 2017.
I work on galaxy formation and evolution and on predictions for future telescopes. My research embraces a variety of topics, including:
star-formation across different epochs
spectral energy distribution fitting
new and future IR telescopes (ELT, JWST, Euclid, PRIMA)
Empirical simulations of galaxy formation and evolution
the IR Universe
If you are interested, have a look at my CV or at my works.
I also like drawing, painting, crocheting, playing board-games, role-playing games and trekking. Yes, so many hobbies and so little time to enjoy them!
