GAEA builds on the model published in De Lucia & Blaizot (2007), but many prescriptions have been updated significantly over the past years. A brief history of the model is shown in the diagram on the left, with the most significant updates highlighted.

We are currently working on an updated model that includes all the implementations published in our most recent papers. A preliminary analysis shows that such a model is able to reproduce the observed colour/SFR bi-modality better than our current reference model.
