ADVISORS
Dr. David Gelenidze is a plasma physicist who has been employed as a senior researcher at the Andronikashvili Institute of Physics in Tbilisi since 2013, while concurrently employed at the Center of Electro-Mechanics of the Georgian Technical University where he has been employed since 2006. His research interests are Plasma arc and electrical arc assisted technologies, and Plasma chemistry.
Currently David is leading two projects in Republic of Georgia: Innovation & Technology Agency grant: Production of nano and micro sized powders of Rare Earth Elements and their Alloys and Republic of Georgia State grant: Plasma Arc Reactors to produce Nanopowders.
From 2017 until present he has been the coordinator for a project entitled “High Efficiency Plasma Arc Combustion System of Low-Grade Coal” sponsored by the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation in his native Georgia.
From 2012 until 2015 he was a participation institute manager of the Project P549, conducted under the auspices of the DOE Global Initiatives for Proliferation Prevention (GIPP) Program and The Science and Technology Center in Ukraine (STCU).

EDUCATION: Dr. Gelenidze has an MS in Mathematics, awarded (1991) from Tbilisi State University and a PhD in Plasma Engineering awarded by Georgian Technical University (2011).
