By Air: Poznań-Ławica Airport (POZ) offers direct connections to major hubs, including Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Frankfurt, Munich, and Warsaw.
By Train: Poznań Główny (the main railway station) is a major international junction. There are direct trains from Warsaw (20-22 trains), from Berlin (10-12 trains), and from Prague (3-4 trains). Check PKP Intercity website, for example.
By Car: Poznań is located on the A2 motorway, providing a direct and fast driving route from Warsaw (approx. 3 hours).
Option A: The Conference Coach (Recommended)
There will be a bus from Poznań to Będlewo on Sunday (May 31) departing at 17:00, and one from Będlewo to Poznań on Friday (June 05) departing at 11:00.
The terminal point is the "Taxi rank at Poznań Central station (Poznań Główny)" in Poznań.
The costs will be covered by the organizers.
The conference ends on Friday (June 05).
Option B: Private Transport
Duration: 35–45 minutes.
Taxi. Uber, Bolt, and FreeNow operate in Poland.
Driving from Poznań: Take the S5 expressway southbound towards Wrocław, exit at "Stęszew," and follow the local signs to Będlewo.
Option C: Semi-public Transport (not recommended)
Train + Taxi.
Step 1 (Train): Take a regional train (Koleje Wielkopolskie) from Poznań Główny station to Stęszew or Mosina stations.
Step 2 (Taxi): From Stęszew (approx. 7 km away) or Mosina (approx. 12 km away), you must take a taxi to the Palace.
Important Note: Taxis do not typically wait at these rural stations. It is highly recommended to pre-book a local taxi before arriving at Stęszew or Mosina.
