The organizers of the conference do not authorise any external subjects to arrange or propose accommodation for the participants. If you receive e-mails from travel or housing agencies etc., containing booking offers and requests for sending your personal data or advance payment, you should treat them as scam. 

All official communications will only come from our conference email (simons2026@impan.pl) or directly from our organizers' institutional emails.

Payment info

Participation fee for the School  in Będlewo (26 April - 1 May 2026) is 2000 PLN.

The fee covers full board (three meals a day, coffee breaks) and accommodation at the Będlewo Conference Center for the duration of the event (starting from  a dinner on Sunday 26.04 evening and finishing with a lunch on Friday 1.05).

The fee can be paid during the event, by cash or card. Alternatively, the fee can be also paid in advance with a bank transfer to the following account:
