Conference place

The conference is taking place at The Mathematical Research and Conference Center of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Będlewo (website here). The venue is situated 30km from Poznań.

Travel to Poland

We recommend to choose a plane connection to Poznań. The website of the Poznań airport (IATA code: POZ, ICAO code: EPPO) can be found here.

Alternatively, you can fly to Warsaw and take a train to Poznań (3-3,5 hours from Warsaw). The trains connecting Warsaw Chopin Airport and Warsaw Central Station run every 20-25 minutes, you can also take a city bus line 175. You can find more info here.  For train connections between Warsaw and Poznań please consult the Polish Railways (PKP) webpage.

Conference fee  

The registration fee will be determined later and will depend on the outcome of the applications. In any case, it will not exceed 1750 PLN / 400 €  and will cover accommodation for six nights (from 18th to 24th of July) at the conference center hotel, full meals (starting with dinner on the arrival evening and ending with lunch on the departure day), organised transfer from Poznań to Będlewo on 18th July and return on 24th July, conference materials and coffee breaks.

We have a limited number of grants that partially cover local expenses for PhD students and young researchers who cannot be funded by their own institutions. Please send a brief email to the organizers at explaining your situation. The deadline to apply for a financial support is May 15, 2027.
