Each student needs this form completed please. THANK YOU!
Please bring a copy of your child's immunization form to the office after your student's next check-up. Here's our policy on immunizations:
Grandparents moving to town? New babysitter? Add these new, temporary or permanent drivers to your child's pick up list. Bring it to the front desk or email to info@imsauburn.com with a copy of a photo ID.
Does your student need medication while at school? For prescription and over the counter medication, please complete and return the form below. This must be completed even if physician instructions are on the medication's packaging.

While it is very important that children arrive at school on time everyday, there are occasions when you may find yourself running late. Please adhere to the late arrival procedures below. THANK YOU!
Tardy Student Check-in Procedure and Early Pick-up
If dropping off child outside of designated carpool time:
Parent shall come in the office to check in their child.
Office will take temperatures.
Parents will check in their child in the classroom.
Teacher will then be notified that student is on their way to join class.
Parents must wait for assistant teacher to open door before entering the classroom. Please do not knock on the door, it will disrupt the work cycle.
Child will be escorted to their classroom (by their teacher) to wash hands before starting their day
If picking up early, please call the office when you arrive on campus so that we may notify the classroom to prepare the child and bring them out to you. Assistant teacher will bring child out, do not knock on the door as it will disrupt the classroom.
