Winnie is the daughter of Fido, has an unnamed sister and no known mother yet. She met and befriended Bluey Heeler after they both came to play at the same playground early one morning. The pair played a game of cafe and called upon their respective dads to play their customers. Winnie would quickly invite Bluey over to her house for breakfast, but their dads weren't quite as eager at the prospect and said their goodbyes.
