Mrs. Retriever is not only Bingo's friendly kindy teacher but also holds a special place in Bluey's heart as her former teacher when she was younger. A golden retriever with soft, golden-tan-colored fur, Mrs. Retriever creates a warm and nurturing environment for her students at kindy. Among her current students are Bingo, Lila, Missy, Buddy, Jasper G, and Jasper W, each bringing their unique personalities and energy to the classroom. One of Mrs. Retriever's cherished traditions is sharing a bilby puppet named Bob Bilby with her students. This puppet serves as a beloved class mascot, and the children eagerly take turns bringing Bob Bilby home to embark on adventures. They later share their experiences with Bob Bilby during class, fostering storytelling skills and a sense of shared excitement. Mrs. Retriever believes in empowering her students and building their confidence from a young age. She often recruits little helpers around the classroom, assigning them tasks that allow them to contribute actively to the classroom environment.
