This season our baseball team worked out in the RIPTIDE Baseball Indoor Facility and their staff put together some at home workouts for athletes and have given you all a challenge. The goal is 300+ reps for 3 days a week. Coach recommends players not to "super-set" the workouts, meaning - don't do all the upper body at once, but mix core, upper body, and legs with the cardio as you do the workout.
