EXPECTATIONS

25-26 SY Eagle Academy First Day: August 25th

Eagle Academy is a mandatory attandance.  

• Parents must contact the Eagle Academy coordinator (amercado@iltexas.org) and Mrs. Lang (llang@iltexas.org) when their student is unable to attend due to a medical appointment or an emergency. You will need to provide documentation for medical excuses. 

• If work has been completed before or at 7:50 am of the assigned date, the student is responsible for emailing the teacher for them to remove you from the list. 

• Eagle Academy runs Monday to Friday from 4:15 pm to 5:15 pm. Pick-up time is from 5:15 to 5:30 at the front of the building.  

• Notifications are sent out through Skyalert the night prior both to parent primary contact and student emails.

• Eagle Academy takes priority, and students cannot join after-school activities if they are assigned.

Failure to attend Eagle Academy will result in being assigned to Eagle Academy the following day, a discipline referral, and After School Detention . If the student fails to attend ASD or continues to skip EA, additional consequences will be assigned by the administration.

STUDENTS

Please report to rooms 212/213 when last bell rings at 4:11 P.M. Line up by the door and wait for the EA Coordinator or assistant's instructions prior entering the room. While in EA: 

• It's independent study time.

• Cellphones and other personal electronic devices are prohibited. 

• You must be in full uniform (including having your ID on). 

• Healthy snacks and water only. 

• Clean up your area before leaving

The following students have been assigned to EA for work or tutorials:
