1. Meals

We will be providing the following food & beverages on our full forum day (Monday, February 1st):

Breakfast (7:30 a.m. - 9 a.m.) at SAFE Sacramento Convention Center:
- Convention Center Catering Breakfast Buffet with:
  - Herb potatoes (GF, V)
  - Chicken apple sausage (GF)
  - Impossible sausage (V, GF)
  - Cage-free scrambled eggs (GF)
  - Assorted pastries
  - Sliced seasonal fresh fruit (V, GF)
  - House-blend coffee, decaf and assorted Tazo tea
Lunch (12 p.m. - 1 p.m.) at California Endowment
- Catered by Crest Cafe (a local mediterranean restaurant)
  - Seven layer hummus (GF, V)
  - Pita
  - Greek salad (cheese on the side) (GF, V)
  - Falafel with onion and bell pepper (GF, V)
  - Oven roasted vegetable (GF, V)
  - Veggie basmati rise (GF, V)
Dinner at the Mix:
- Reception Dinner
  - Exact offerings still in progress.

2. What to Bring

What to wear: There is no dress code so just plan to dress comfortably. The weather in Sacramento will likely be between the mid 40s and low 60s so bring layers.
Closed-toe shoes if you're going on a tour!
Water bottle & travel mug for coffee/tea (We are trying to keep events as zero waste as possible.)
Stickers/swag/signage (Bring your merch to swap with other composters!)
Whatever you need for the open mic (We can provide basic A/V)
Notepad & something to write with

3. The Conference App

If you have not already, please download the conference app to network virtually through the member directory, receive live event updates, share resources, post photos, and more.

It’s just a few easy steps to onboard:

Make your account: Sign up using the invitation link in your web browser.
Create a profile: Add profile information and a photo (this will be visible to CCC26 attendees via the member directory).
Download the app via the Apple Store or Google Play and message, post, and browse resources directly from your phone.

*Tip: You can customize your notification settings & sign up for a weekly digest of posts by clicking on your profile in the upper righthand corner, then "🔔 Notifications," making your selections, and then hitting "Save Changes."

4. Share Your Photos and Videos

We'd love to see your perspective on the event through any photos and videos you capture!

Please upload your photos and videos into the appropriate folder in our shared Google Drive. You can also post them on Circle!

Naming Conventions:

- Please name each photo and video with Date, Subject, Photographers Name
- Example: 02.02.26, Small Equipment, Jane Smith

Videos:

- Please film horizontally!
- To use these videos for other purposes, we would love to have consistency with how we are filming, so whenever possible, please try to film horizontally.

If you'll have a vehicle in Sacramento, planning your parking will reduce time spent looking for a spot and save you money!

Parking near the SAFE Convention Center:

Tip: Check the SacPark reservation system to see when parking reservations are available/purchase daily parking passes.

Parking near the California Endowment:

Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis across the street at Capitol Centre parking garage or the Capitol Garage for an hourly fee. Additional parking may also be found in surrounding buildings or on the street for an hourly fee.
