Participants will be provided with single-occupancy rooms in the ISR dorm hall on campus. This housing option includes lunches in the dining hall.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM on the days of arrival and departure respectively. Participants arriving early can store their luggage at ISR.
Each participant will receive a meal card allowing them to access the ISR dining hall for our group lunches each day. The fee to replace a lost meal card is $5.
Alternative housing options close to campus include the Illini Union Hotel, TownePlace Suites Champaign, and Hotel Royer.
Champaign-Urbana is served by Willard Airport (CMI), which connects to Chicago (ORD) and Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW).
The Peoria Charter bus line provides service between the Multi-Modal Facility at ORD and the dorm halls on campus. Select "ISR (UIUC)" to be dropped off directly at the dorm hall.
Other transit lines, such as the Greyhound buses and Amtrak trains, also connect Chicago and Champaign-Urbana.
The MTD bus system provides local public transit within Champaign-Urbana (but please note that the bus line does not extend to the airport).
