At iLEAD, the Math Team is committed to ensuring strong foundational math instruction across all grade levels. Rooted in our core values of Project-Based Learning, Social-Emotional Learning, and Individualized Growth, we partner with educators to empower learners with the critical thinking and problem-solving skills needed for success in math and beyond. Our focus for the 2025–26 school year is to deepen Tier-1 instruction with a particular emphasis on Mathematical Discourse, creating opportunities for learners to explain and justify reasoning with evidence, seek to understand and appreciate what others are thinking as empathetic citizens, and engage in meaningful math conversations. This will be supported through curriculum development and alignment, targeted professional development, data-informed instruction, and ongoing coaching and mentorship. The Math Team is here to support and serve.
