At iLEAD, our Literacy Team ensures high-quality literacy education across grade levels. Grounded in our core values of Project-Based Learning, Social-Emotional Learning, and Individualized growth, we collaborate with educators to equip learners with literacy skills for lifelong learning and academic success. Our goal is to strengthen Tier-1 instruction through curriculum alignment, provide differentiated strategies, interpret assessment and data analysis, and provide instructional coaching and mentoring.
