Welcome IAEA Member

We are excited to invite you to host an engaging, hands-on experience at this year’s conference.

This conference is a celebration of the
artists, educators, exhibitors,
attendees, and students
who inspire and shape our work each day.

Upcoming, current, and retired educators are invited to lead workshops or sessions that share innovative ideas, effective instructional strategies, and creative practices.
Colleges, universities, museums, businesses, and organizations may participate as presenters or exhibitors, engaging attendees through professional learning experiences and meaningful resource sharing.
Artists and artisans may present at the conference, exhibit, or participate in the Artist/Artisan Gallery, showcasing their work and contributing to the vibrant creative culture of the event.

Sessions
Attendees expect to be presented with information and shown demonstrations.
Session seating is "first-come, first-served" and limited based upon room capacity.
Sessions will be 50-minutes

Workshops
Attendees expect to have an interactive hands-on experience with materials and/or processes.
Workshop seating is "ticketed" with capacity limited to 20 participants.
Workshops will be 50 minutes or 110 minutes

Exhibitors (aka Vendors)
Defined as a business, museum, or educational institution.
Vendors will be available to all attendees located Exhibitors Hall.

The Exhibitors Hall will be open on Friday 8:00a-1:00p and 2:00-5:00p and Saturday 8:00a-1:00p.

Exhibitors (aka Vendor) Workshop & Session Proposal Form

Artists / Artisans are defined as a working artists/artisans and small businesses creating artwork for sale.
Artists/Artisans will be available to all attendees located in the Artisan Gallery.

The Artisan Gallery will be open during the Conference Reception and Awards Ceremony on Friday 4:00-8:00p.
