Cru In Albania

The Cru Albania Ministry was established in 1992, just after the end of the Communist era. Initially, American missionaries worked towards connecting with college students in Tirana, the capital city.

The Communist regime had restricted freedom of faith, and people were looking for spiritual guidance. Through their efforts, many students found faith and became part of the work of God on campus.

In 1995, seven Albanian missionaries joined the Cru staff, and today, there are 104 national staff members.

As a result of God's work through our staff, volunteers, and Ministry Partners, Cru Albania Ministry has expanded its reach to every major campus city across Albania. We have also extended our ministry to other audiences and are actively involved in church planting. This growth is a testament to God's faithfulness in our midst.
