From Fear to Faith: A Story of Eternal Impact!
I grew up in a traditional Muslim family in Albania, where the fear of God was real and deeply ingrained. I tried to live a good life, hoping it would be enough to earn His approval. But even as a child, I carried a quiet longing — a desire for acceptance, for peace, for truth, for something more...
One day, I heard a phrase in a movie that I’ve never forgotten: “Ask and you will receive.” I didn’t know it was from the Bible, but something about it stirred my heart.
Years later, while studying at university, my cousin introduced me to a group of Cru students. I joined one of their gatherings out of curiosity, and there, I encountered something I never expected: love, joy, and people who knew God personally. For the first time, I heard the gospel clearly. Jesus wasn’t just a prophet:
He was God, and He loved me deeply.
It was beautiful… and terrifying. I struggled with fear — fear of being wrong, fear of what my family and friends would say, fear of letting go of everything I thought I knew. But God’s love was patient. He kept drawing me closer until, with trembling faith, I said yes to Jesus. I invited Him into my heart — and in return, He gave me peace, purpose, and a joy I had never known.
That “yes” changed everything.
Today, I serve full-time with Cru, reaching teachers across Albania — men and women who shape the next generation. Many of them, like I once was, are spiritually curious but afraid. Through relationships, conversations, and the Word of God, I now get to help others take that same step of faith I once took.
And none of this would be possible without you.
Your prayers, your generosity, your support — they are not just gifts. They are seeds of eternal transformation. Because you give, lives are being changed. Because you pray, hearts are opening to Jesus.
I believe God is just getting started. He is raising a movement of disciple-makers in every classroom, in every city — and I’m honored to be a part of it.
Thank you for walking this journey with me. Together, we’re not just making a difference — we’re making an eternal impact!
MY MISSION - Reaching lower, middle, and high school teachers with the love of Christ through the Cru Teachers Ministry in Tirana, Albania.
Each month, we create spaces where teachers can grow, both professionally and personally. Through dynamic seminars on relevant topics, we equip them with practical tools, fresh ideas, and renewed confidence to thrive in their roles. It's more than training, it's an investment in the heart of education.
These seminars equip us with valuable tools and create meaningful spaces to connect personally with teachers — opening the door to invite them into small groups where deeper relationships and spiritual growth can begin.
Behind every classroom is a teacher with a story - a heart, a longing, and a purpose. That’s why, throughout the year, we create space for small groups where teachers can pause, reflect, and grow—not just professionally, but personally and spiritually.
These groups are more than just meetings—they're sacred moments where friendships are formed, lives are shared, and hearts are encouraged. In these honest conversations, many discover something deeper: that our greatest need isn’t just searching for support or success - it’s to know The One who wonderfully created us.
When teachers encounter God personally, their lives and their classrooms are never the same. Their influence is huge!
Our Vision:
"Build Spiritual Movements Among Teachers so that Everyone Knows Someone who Truly Follows Jesus".
Vision Statement: WHAT is our dream?
Christ-directed teachers in every school around the world who are impacting their students, colleagues, communities, and countries with the gospel.
We are expanding our mission by equipping believers to be salt and light in their everyday environments. Through discipleship conferences, we help shape their faith, deepen their walk with Jesus, and empower them with practical tools to become disciple-makers who multiply His impact in the lives of others.
Our teacher conferences aim to help Christian educators grow deeper in their spiritual walk and become mature in their faith, so they can shine His light into the darkness around them.
In February, in the month of love or during the marriage week, we invite teachers and their spouses to a special weekend retreat, a space where they can find encouragement, reconnect, and strengthen their marriages.
We are among the few voices in Albania boldly promoting and strengthening the value of marriage in our society. In a culture where traditional family values are rapidly fading, we are committed to restoring God’s design for marriage, helping couples build strong, healthy, and Christ-centered relationships that impact generations to come.
Purpose Statement: WHY do we exist?
ISP helps fulfill the Great Commission by reaching educators with the gospel and equipping them to have an impact for Christ through
their sphere of influence.
We engage volunteers nationally to reach the educational community.
We equip teachers to address the greatest needs of their society by providing quality curricula and professional training.
We encourage national teachers to form local teacher movement communities that enable them to reach their colleagues.
Mission Statement: WHAT do we do?
ISP (International School Project) Equips Teachers to Transform their Societies and Nations with the Power of the Gospel.
We explore meaningful topics that help strengthen professional skills and introduce fresh, practical ideas teachers can confidently apply in their everyday work.
At the end of the year, we come together to celebrate our teachers — their commitment to small groups, their dedication, and the growth they've experienced in every area of life.
It’s a time to honor their journey and all they’ve invested throughout the year.
Albania celebrates Teacher's Day on March 7th - a significant occasion to highlight the value and dedication of teachers across the country. As ISP (International School Project), we aim to empower teachers and restore recognition for the vital role they play in our society.
All educators are honored, valued, and celebrated for their noble calling of shaping and guiding the younger generations.
After a year of faithful investment, this incredible week often becomes the moment when hearts are opened and lives are surrendered to Christ. It is a beautiful harvest of what God has been doing throughout the year!
This is a very special time for our ministry!
Leadership Summer Camp is a powerful and sacred moment in our ministry — a season where seeds of faith blossom, hearts are transformed, and many surrender their lives to Jesus. It’s a time of real fruitfulness, and we stand in awe of what God is doing.
Each summer, we invite teachers and their families to a special week away—a time to rest from the demands of daily life and rediscover deeper purpose. Mornings are filled with engaging professional seminars and meaningful discussions, while afternoons offer space for reflection, rest, and connection.
Through spiritual conversations, Bible-based insights, and supportive community, many teachers find themselves making important decisions—some even life-changing ones. It’s a week of renewal: for the mind, heart, and soul. A week that brings clarity, courage, and fresh vision for life and faith.
It’s a powerful week of going deeper, both personally and spiritually, as we seek to discover the purpose and value of life through God’s Word.
During our professional seminars, teachers engage with real-life case studies that reflect the everyday challenges they face in their classrooms. Together, we explore practical solutions, exchange ideas, and build strategies to become more effective in our roles.
These sessions not only enhance professional skills but also encourage collaboration, confidence, and renewed purpose in the teaching journey.
It is a great privilege to serve alongside you in the gospel work here in Albania.
Thank you for partnering with us in this part of the world.
The International School Project (ISP) Focuses on Supporting Teachers.
We respond to their needs for professional, personal, and spiritual development, empowering them to make a positive impact in the lives of students and in the communities they serve.
