Introduction
Dr. Nur Idayu Ayob is currently working as assistant professor at Department of Manufacturing and Materials Engineering (MME), Kulliyyah of Engineering, IIUM. She received her bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Kobe University, Japan in 2010. Then, she pursued her study to higher level and received Master of Science degree in 2012 and Doctor of Engineering in 2015 from Nara Institute of Science and Technology (NAIST), Japan. She started working at IIUM since 2016 until now. During her 10 years living and studying in Japan, she gained a lot of experiences, knowledge and skills that motivate her to contribute back to her home country, Malaysia. Besides research and teaching, she is also actively participate as activist in environment and mental health issues.
