High Performance Computing Machines

The lab currently has high end machines (~31) for running heavy deep learning based models. Each machine has 44 GB Graphics, 128 GB RAM, 1TB - SSD  and Intel Core i9 8th Gen - processor. (Asus Z10PE-D8 Workstations)

Cytocube Model-R, portable slide profiler with software

CytoCube-R from ShanMukha is an automated microscopy unit for image capture from peripheral blood smears, wet mounts, and microfluidic devices for medical diagnosis. Our device has a high-resolution imaging capability with precise motorized actuator modules. It comes with user-friendly features like autofocusing, automated scanning, and capabilities to counter surface undulations on a peripheral blood smear.

3D fringe projection

We can acquire 3D data from an object. It has one Digital Light Processing (DLP) on one end which will project colors light on object and on another it has a Camera to capture data from object. (Here

Stereo Camera

A stereo camera is a type of camera with two or more lenses with a separate image sensor or film frame for each lens. This gives  the ability to capture three-dimensional images, a process known as stereo photography. The lab currently has machines (36 quantity) to run signal processing Lab related courses mini project and projects. Each machine has 16 GB Graphics, 64 GB RAM, 256GB- SSD, 1TB-HDD  and Intel Core i9 11th Gen - processor. 

GPU Based Deep Learning System 

The machine is using to train the Deep Learning based models to carry the research work in signal processing & computer vision areas. It has the equivalent to NVIDIA DGX A-100 with 8 x NVIDIA HGX A100 80GB SXM4, 512 GB RAM, 1TB- SSD, 4TB-HDD  and AMD EPYC™ Processor with 32C, 2.35GHZ,128M cacheh - processor.
