• Dr. Tarak Mondal was invited as a speaker in the 10th UK Catalysis Conference 2024 at Queen's University Belfast, UK on the topic “A vapor phase route for the production of 2-methylfuran, a 2nd generation biofuel, from biomass-derived furfural” during 3-5th January, 2024.

• Dr. Tarak Mondal delivered two lectures on “Green hydrogen production from sustainable sources” during 7-DAY FUNCTIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (SJVN LTD.) on 21st Jan, 2024.

• Dr. Tarak Mondal was invited to chair a session in the International Chemical Engineering Conference on Energy, Environment and Sustainability (ICECEES-2024) organized by department of Chemical Engineering Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee during 15-17th February, 2024.

• Dr. Tarak Mondal delivered a lecture on topic, “Green Hydrogen for Sustainable Industrial Development” on February 29, 2024 at Mehr Chand Mahajan DAV College for Women, Chandigarh to promote the concept of sustainable development among the students.

• Delivered an invited talk in the International Conference on Technology and Innovations for Sustainable Development (TISD-2023) during 27-29 October, 2023 at MNNIT Allahabad.
