- The parents wishing to utilize Creche facilities must fill the admission form.
- Parents must maintain the log of drop-off and pick-up of their kid(s) in the register placed at the creche when dropping off and picking up their kid(s).
- Kid(s) will only be released with a pre-registered family member and/or with pre-authorized personals.
- It is the responsibility of the parents to inform the Creche Staff and the administration about any allergies or special condition(s) of their kid(s).
- Food and/or beverages for the kid(s) are not provided at the Creche.
- Essentials in the bags (e.g., diapers, clothing, water bottle, food and drinks, etc.) should be clearly labelled with the name of the child.
- If you have any special item that your child may need, please point them out to the crèche staff.
- The essentials bag should contain the following items: diapers, creams, baby powder, wipes, etc.), extra diaper(s), bottle and a cup, pacifier or other item your child may find comforting, clothes for change, and food and drinks.
- Food/drink are solely the responsibility of parents.
- Kid(s) must come in comfirtable clothes appropriate for playing and sleeping.
- In case of any contagious disease fitness certificate from the medical officer should be submitted before sending your kid to the Creche facility.
- If kid(s) falls sick while at Creche, parents will be requested to pick-up their kid(s) immediately from the Creche.
- Parents are requested to maintain polite behavior with the Creche staff. Parents may, however, send their suggestions/feedback and complaints to the Faculty Incharge Creche.
User charges*
Faculty & Group 'A' Officers:
Full Day: Rs. 3000 / month Half Day: Rs. 2000 / month(Grade Pay: Rs. 5,400 or more)
Staff Members :
Full Day: Rs. 2000 / month Half Day: Rs. 1000 / month(Grade Pay: Rs. 5,400 or more)
Day Basis :
Rs. 200 per use (Faculty & Group A officers)Rs. 100 per use (Staff members)

- Runny nose,
- Coloured discharge from eyes,
- Coughing and/or sneezing,
- Chest Congestion/laboured breathing,
- Vomiting within the past 24 hours,
- Fever, Excessive crying, and
- Contagious disease (i.e., Chicken Pox/Pink Eye)
