Post-doc :             

If you completed Synopsis Seminar or hold a PhD (less than five years ago) in Device Modeling, Device fabrication, Gas Sensor, and Biosensor area and would like to work with me as a Postdoc on an interesting problem. You can please send me your CV.

PhD:

We have one PhD Position in 2-D material-based Devices modeling area area (Jan-2023 cycle). If you are interested, you can send an email to me with a detailed resume. 

Doctoral research positions are available in Nanoscale Device Modeling and Simulation, and Devices area. If you hold a master’s degree in VLSI or B.Tech. degree in Electrical engineering/Electronic and Communication Engineering, you may contact me over email with detailed resume.

Selection process will follow regular shortlisting criteria in the Department of Electrical Engineering at IIT Ropar.

Internship:

Usually, I take B.Tech interns from May to Mid-July period.  Long term internships to complete B.Tech or M.Tech projects are also considered on case to case basis. Certificate shall be issued at end of the internship.

You can also send an email to me with detailed resume - including course-wise grades/marks, and research background, for further discussions. .

There is no need to send the statement of purpose for internship position.
