Hello, Suman here, How are U? You want to know something boring about me? Ok here it is... By profession, I am a microscopist and experimental materials scientist who basically deals with microstructure-property correlation of materials. My research area focuses on the evolution of novel microstructure through fine tuning the thermodynamic properties and its effects on bulk properties. I extensively use Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) for microstructural characterization. Something called, yes you all know, I use non-equilibrium rapid solidification processing techniques for varying the thermodynamic properties of materials and mesoscale modeling technique (Phase-Field Simulation) for studying the different physical attributes during microstructural evolution and phase transformation. I usually correlate mechanical and transport properties of materials with the evolved microstructure. If you are interested then roam around this webpage. But of course, I enjoy teaching more than anything, actually, I enjoy the association of young friends who inherently provide me the fresh air of new thinking, so by the name of teaching, I gather positive and robust vibes from young students friends, Sooo selfish!! Anyways, I teach Thermodynamics and Electron Microscopy and details you can get during the visit of this website.
Yes, at the last, Just to inform you that I have a strong passion in Film Making and Theatric Art. For details, You need to visit my YouTube Channel. This is a professional platform so can't discuss all the details.
What about You....................................!
