As an organic chemistry faculty, I am driven by the logic and creativity of molecular design. My research focuses on developing N-heterocyclic carbene–transition metal catalysis for stereoselective transformations, aiming to create innovative catalytic systems with broad applications in medicine, pharmaceuticals, and agriculture. I am motivated by the challenge of pushing the boundaries of modern synthetic chemistry through novel and impactful catalytic strategies!
