Venue and Reporting Details

Registered participants of this Teacher Training Program would receive free accommodation and meals in the IIT Jodhpur Hostel and Dining Facility. Participants are advised to reach by 07 December 2025 to their allotted rooms, and then report for the Training Program Registration on 08 December at 9:15 AM.

Reaching IIT Jodhpur:

From Airport to Campus

You can take a prepaid auto/taxi to the Institute, which is situated on National Highway 62, Nagaur Road, Karwad. You may ask the driver to go past Mandore on Nagaur Road. This Campus is about 25 km from the airport.

From Railway Station to Campus

At Jodhpur Junction Railway Station, exit from Platform No. 1 side. You can take a prepaid auto/taxi to the IIT Jodhpur Campus, which is situated on National Highway 62, Nagaur Road, Karwad. You may ask the driver to go past Mandore on Nagaur Road. This Campus is 24 km from the Station.

Accommodation for JNV Teacher Training Participants

After reaching IIT campus on 07 Dec, please let Security at the Main Gate know the purpose of the visit. Please carry your ID Card as you may need to make an entry at the Gate.

All rooms are single-accommodation with air conditioner. Common washrooms and toilets are available on each floor of the hostel. Please note that accommodation is available only for the participants.

Please sign the check-in register, and collect you Personal Care Kit and Veg Mess Coupons (Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and Dinner for 07 Dec; Breakfast for 08 Dec). Remaining coupons will be available on 08 December in your registration kit.

The Veg (New) Mess is just adjacent to Shirish Hostel. Please note the timings of the mess:

Breakfast: 7:30 AM - 10:00 AM (Sat/Sun: 8:00 - 10:00 AM)
Lunch: 12:15 PM - 2:45 PM (Sat/Sun: 12:30 PM - 3:00 PM)
Evening Tea with Snacks: 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
Dinner: 7:45 PM - 10:30 PM

Reporting Details

On the morning of Monday, 08 December 2025, the participants must report at 9:15 AM to
Registration Desk, Second Floor,
Jnan Chandra Ghosh Lecture Hall Building (LHC-1).

After registration and collecting the registration kit and Training ID cards, the participants need to be seated in LHB Room 308. Please refer to the detailed schedule for more information.
