We are inviting all to actively participate in the national workshop BMES-2026.
The national workshop is organized by the Department of Applied Geophysics at the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad.
The centenary workshop aims to highlight the vital role of mathematical tools and techniques in advancing Earth science research. It will focus on how mathematics bridges theory and application in geophysical exploration, modeling of complex Earth processes, and data-driven analysis.
In conjunction with the workshop, a national-level poster presentation session will be organized for participants interested in showcasing their research. Please note that separate registration is not required; however, prospective presenters are asked to submit their abstracts in advance. Further details are provided below.
