In this project, we discussed some of the randomness testing tools applied in wireless network security and wireless physical layer key generation as well as the AES algorithm. We also implemented key generation model and performed the randomness test on generated keys using the NIST statistical test suite. It was observed that as the randomness of key sequences increase, the number of tests passed increase. We concluded that the p-value of bitstreams is the factor for testing randomness associated with any bitstream. We found wireless physical layer key generation as one of the most promising techniques for achieving security. We also concluded that AES is an efficient algorithm for enhancing security in the networks.

In this project, we Implemented the WOA toolbox using MATLAB to carry out optimization procedure based on cost functions. Whale Optimization Algorithm is a novel nature-inspired meta-heuristic optimization algorithm which mines the social behavior of humpback whales. The algorithm is inspired by the bubble-net hunting strategy. WOA is tested with 29 mathematical optimization problems and 6 structural design problems. Optimization results prove that the WOA algorithm is very competitive compared to the state-of-art meta-heuristic algorithms as well as conventional methods.

In this work,  a RF remote is interfaced to the microcontroller on transmitter side which sends ON/OFF commands to the receiver where loads are connected. By operating the specified remote switch on the transmitter, the loads can be turned ON/OFF remotely through wireless technology.

In this project, we used dual-tone multi frequency module  for operating a robotic car. Whenever any key is pressed in a  cell phone, it  generates a mixture of two frequencies, one low and one high frequency component. These are used to give required instructions to the robotic car so as to direct its movement in all directions.
