Conference Proceedings

The proceedings of the 5th Heavy Flavor Meet (HFM-2026), held at IIT Gandhinagar on 1–3 October 2026, will be published as a special issue of Elsevier’s Journal of Subatomic Particles and Cosmology.

Speakers and poster presenters of HFM-2026 will receive invitations by email. Each invitation will include the submission guidelines for their presentation category.

How to submit

1. Submit your manuscript through the journal’s Editorial Manager: https://www.editorialmanager.com/jspc/default2.aspx

2. At the “Article Type” step, select “VSI: Proceedings of HFM2026”. Manuscripts submitted under any other article type will not be included in the special issue.

3. Prepare your manuscript according to the journal’s Guide for Authors, available on the journal homepage.

Submission deadline: 3 March 2027

All manuscripts will be peer-reviewed. Accepted articles are published online shortly after acceptance, both in a regular issue of the journal and on the special-issue page.
