Introduction:

StereoChem is an android mobile app developed using Unity 3D game engine and the Vuforia SDK platform. It gets its 3D molecules from the open source molecular viewer called Jmol. An advantages of using Jmol is that it acts as a platform for molecular editing. We can get the required molecule in Jmol and then edit it to add features like highlighting specific atoms by coloring, drawing axes or planes across atoms in a molecule before importing it into Unity 3D game engine
