Dr. Pankaj Doshi is the Head of Predictive Science in Drug Product Design at Pfizer, where he leads the use of advanced computational modeling to accelerate drug product development. With over 20 years of academic and industrial experience, his work has significantly shortened development timelines, reduced risks, and improved product quality.

He has published 50+ papers, delivered 60+ presentations, and holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University, along with postdoctoral training at MIT and earlier degrees from IIT Bombay. In 2024, he received Pfizer’s Outstanding Engineering Achievement Award for his contributions.

Dr. Anubhav Saxena is the Chief R&D Officer at Pidilite Industries, where he has strengthened innovation culture, expanded research capabilities, and advanced the company’s product portfolio. With 45+ patents and 40+ publications, he is a leading contributor to chemical and materials research.

He holds a PhD in Synthetic Polymer Chemistry and an M.Tech. from IIT Delhi, followed by postdoctoral work at NAIST, Japan. A Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry, he also serves on the advisory boards of Chemical & Engineering News and ACS Omega. His strategic and scientific leadership drives Pidilite’s innovation and long-term R&D vision.
