Are you a parent/guardian of an individual with a disability (ages 10-24) or a youth service provider interested in helping students with disabilities achieve better post-secondary outcomes?
This project is funded by the United States Department of Education through the Illinois Department of Human Services and offers an innovative approach to improving outcomes for students with disabilities and their families as they navigate the transition from school to work.
Psychology Department staff from the Lewis College of Science and Letters at Illinois Tech are excited to play a role in this project!
