Step 1 — Sign Up and Choose Your Plan
Create your ChatBee account and select the plan that matches your institution's size. You will receive immediate access to your admin dashboard.
Step 2 — Connect Your Database
Use the dashboard to provide your database connection credentials. ChatBee supports all major relational database systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft SQL Server. No data migration is required.
Step 3 — Configure Your Q&A Topics
Select which topics your chatbot should handle — admissions, fees, scheduling, or all three. Growth and Enterprise plan users can customise responses per department or campus.
Step 4 — Embed the Widget on Your Website
Copy the single-line embed code from your dashboard and paste it into your school website. ChatBee will appear as a chat bubble on your site immediately.
Step 5 — Go Live and Monitor
Once live, parents can begin asking questions immediately. Growth and Enterprise users can monitor conversation volumes, common query types, and response accuracy directly from the analytics dashboard.
