About the Symposium

The School of Earth, Environmental, and Sustainability Sciences (SEESS) at IISER Thiruvananthapuram launched an annual symposium series, Frontiers Symposium in Earth, Environmental, and Sustainability Sciences (FSE), in February 2024. This initiative aims to foster scientific collaboration both within the institution and with the broader scientific community. The symposium provides participants with a valuable opportunity to learn from experts, present their research, engage in meaningful discussions with leading figures, and explore the latest advancements in Earth, Environmental, and Sustainability Sciences. The second edition of the FSE is scheduled for 7-8 February 2025 at the IISER Thiruvananthapuram campus.
