Ideal Candidates:
Ph.D. and/or M.D. in molecular biology, cancer biology, or related field
Strong publication record and communication skills
Candidates holding or seeking external fellowships such as SERB-NPDF, CSIR-RA, DBT-RA, ICMR-RA, or equivalent are strongly encouraged to apply to join the CMT Lab. We welcome motivated researchers with a strong background in cancer biology, metabolism, or related fields.
Prospective students interested in pursuing their Ph.D. thesis work in the CMT Lab are encouraged to apply through the Ph.D. Program in the Department of Biological Sciences, IISER Berhampur.

Admission through the Departmental Selection Committee interview process
Candidates with external fellowships such as CSIR/UGC-JRF, DBT-JRF, ICMR-JRF, INSPIRE, or equivalent national-level fellowships are strongly encouraged to apply
Exceptional research aptitude, creativity, and a strong academic record
Demonstrated laboratory experience and with research interest in cancer biology
BS-MS Dissertation Students
We welcome BS-MS students from IISERs and other premier institutes who are interested in undertaking their final-year research dissertation in the CMT Lab.
Ideal Candidates:
Final-year BS-MS students with a strong academic background in biology or related disciplines
Demonstrated interest in cancer biology, metabolism, or translational research
Prior research experience through internships or coursework is desirable
Highly motivated, curious, exceptional aptitude and creativity
