- निराशा – धीरे-धीरे समस्याएँ सामने आने लगती हैं और उत्साह कम हो जाता है।
- घबराहट – समय कम होने लगता है और सभी परेशान हो जाते हैं।
- दोषी की तलाश – लोग यह ढूँढने लगते हैं कि गलती किसकी है।
- निर्दोष को सजा – जिसकी गलती नहीं होती, उसे भी जिम्मेदार ठहरा दिया जाता है।
- भाग न लेने वालों की प्रशंसा – अंत में उन लोगों की भी तारीफ की जाती है जिन्होंने प्रोजेक्ट में कोई खास योगदान नहीं दिया।
