Harendra is a highly motivated and hardworking individual with a drive to make a palpable change in society's outlook and actions towards sustainable agriculture. He is the son of a hardworking farmer and has knowledge in the field of agriculture. He currently runs his own venture of vermicomposting and pisciculture in his village in Sonkatch, Madhya Pradesh. He is also applying concepts of organic farming to his own farmland. Harendra is an open-minded individual who believes in appreciating thoughts and the practical implementation of knowledge. He is dedicated and has a strong sense of ownership over his work. These qualities make him a potential team leader.

Achievements 

• Volunteered in Social Involvement program and Helped Underprivileged Children by providing Elementary Education and guidance for one year at HHFC (Helping Hand Friends Charitable Trust)

• Participated in RADEP (Rural Awareness and Entrepreneurship Development Program) for One month, Organized by ICAR ( Indian council of agriculture research) at "Farm Science Center" Prayagraj (U.P)

• Completed a one month certification program on Coursera on the topic "Challenges on Agribusiness Management"
