In Memoriam of Lost Loved Ones 

IHM Chennai Alumni association is planning a special mention of madcats whom we lost over the years., in an IN MEMORIAM page in the Catcalls magazine being released for Diamond Jubilee. 

IHM Chennai Alumni Association wishes to remember and collect information of  the loved lost batchmates over the last 60 years via this from. 

We request all Madcats to kindly help the association to do so.

It would be ideal, if one person from the batch is nominated, to collect and fill in the from wit the photo of the lost one,  to avoid repeated/ duplicate entries.  

The Representative from the batch can fill in details of upto 10 Lost Loved Ones in 1 form for additional members please fill another form.
