Bauman Weekend Locked in for Saturday Jan 25th and Sunday Jan 26th. Please plan for the entire weekend including shows in the evenings.
Disney update and billing schedule coming. As you know, we are transitioning our billing and accounts manager as well as our communication and operations managers, which is why there has been a delay in our communication.
Costumes are going home and we are updating the info sheet linked on the front page as we send them home.
Please keep your attendance top priority, scheduling makeups as soon as possible and rehearsing material before returning to class. We have noticed it slipping and with events, school, and sickness, it can quickly spiral. Right now, attendance can prohibit finishing choreography.
If you have a dancer in PreCo, Elite, or Teens, it is imperative that they have more rehearsal time outside of class. Here is a link to the video drive. PLEASE make them spend at least 30 minutes per week on their dances with this link.

Hello everyone!
Thank you for filling out your commitment forms. :) This is going to be an incredible year! Before you do anything else - please make sure you have added yourself to the Teamapp groups All Company and the location you attend Company. All further communications will happen through that channel and be copied and pasted on our Company Site under "News."
Lindsey has posted group fees for everyone based on survey responses. Update: Newberg Teen Group is NOT going to Tremaine, however the dancers in Teen/Senior are. This is because many of the dancers are in their second year on Company and a convention would potentially be overwhelming still. McMinnville Pre-Co is attending 3 competitions, not 2 as previously discussed because they are in a group with returning members.
$150 deposit is due June 30th

Lindsey will follow up Monday with anyone who hasn't already paid or will be using a fundraising credit
What happens next?
Solo/duo/trio meeting w/ Kristen will be scheduled with those of you who filled out the survey and were matched with a choreographer
After that, you will be billed for your solo/duo/trio choreography and rehearsal fees
Once you pay your deposit, you will be able to meet with your choreographer and schedule your private lessons
After THAT we will have an optionals survey where you add and confirm all solo/duo/trio events and additional conventions (not limited to solo/duo/trios)
Solos/duos/trios are NOT required to compete at conventions
