Please follow the steps below to sign up for our Volunteer Program

Stage 1 — Apply online

Complete the Volunteer Application Form using the link on this page. You'll be asked to tell us about yourself, your availability, the role(s) you're most interested in, and any relevant experience. The form takes around five minutes to complete.

Stage 2 — Application review

The IFCPF organising team will review all applications. We aim to respond to every applicant within 7-10 working days. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply as early as possible.

Stage 3 — Role offer

If your application is successful, you will receive an email setting out your allocated role and shift(s). Please read this carefully and let us know if you have any questions before proceeding.

Stage 4 — Sign and return the waiver

To confirm your place, you must complete and return a signed Volunteer Acceptance Form (waiver). This document sets out the terms of your participation, including health and safety requirements, confidentiality obligations, and media policy. A link to the form is included in your offer email.

Stage 5 — You're confirmed!

Once your signed waiver is received, your place is confirmed. You will receive a pre-tournament information pack covering your shift times, venue accreditation arrangements, uniform collection, and what to expect on your first day.
