Accommodation & Catering

Volunteers are responsible for arranging and funding their own accommodation for the duration of their involvement in the IFCPF World Cup 2026. The IFCPF is unable to provide complimentary accommodation as part of the volunteer package.

Preferential rate hotel booking

IFCPF has negotiated a limited allocation of rooms at a preferential rate at hotels close to the US National Training Centre in Atlanta. These rooms are available to volunteers on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

If you would like to request access to our hotel allocation, please complete the form below or email us at volunteers@ifcpf.com with your name, the dates you require accommodation, and the number of rooms needed. We will respond within five working days to confirm availability and provide booking instructions.

Please note that hotel bookings made through this allocation remain the financial responsibility of the volunteer. IFCPF cannot guarantee availability and encourages volunteers to arrange backup accommodation independently.
