Energy Efficiency

The school administration is currently in the process of remodeling the entire school. Fluorescent lighting is being replaced with energy efficient LED lighting.

In our efforts to conserve energy, the Ecology Club intends to outfit each classroom with reminders to ensure lights are turned off whenever classrooms will be empty for 15 minutes or more (as suggested by the U.S. Dept of Energy for fluorescent light bulbs).
