Although the project has been carried out by a single person using primarily their own resources, it is important to understand which elements would incur costs if the project were to be started from scratch or on a larger scale.

First, hardware is one of the main aspects to finance. This includes the computer or server where the systems will be installed, network devices such as routers or switches, and the necessary storage, like hard drives to save data and perform backups. If these devices are not available, it will be necessary to budget for their purchase, which could be around 700 euros for basic adequate equipment.

Next is the software. In this project, free software has been chosen, which almost completely eliminates the need for funding in this area. However, if proprietary software is required at some point, the cost of licenses must be considered, which can vary depending on the product and the number of users.

External services also need to be taken into account, such as an Internet connection with sufficient capacity, domain registration, and hosting on external servers (hosting or VPS). These services have a recurring cost that can range from 100 to 300 euros per year, depending on the features contracted.
