Palma_BioDiverCities
El juny de 2020, Miquela Noguera Ferrando i Caterina Amengual, tècniques de medi ambient de l'Ajuntament de Palma varen rebre un correu per participar en el projecte europeu BioDiverCities.
Aquí teniu un estracte del correu:
....., we would like to ask to you and the Palma team to present one of the participatory planning experiences you briefly described in the application and we talked about in the interview. For example, we think it would provide 'food for thoughts' for all to know more about the participatory project regarding the Canòdrom that -if I am not mistaken- involved youth and teenagers in the proposition of ideas and uses for the green space to come. ...........
Also, we are in the process of planning the 3rd Citizen Engagement Festival that will focus among other things, on the future of schools and engagement of youth in times of pandemic & beyond. For this reason, projects involving youngsters are particularly interesting to us. To provide some context, the Festival brings together practitioners, civil society organizations, policy-makers and citizens across the EU. Last year, the second edition was held in Brussels, (click to see) this year it will be held online & we would like cities of the BiodiverCities project to show case their experiences.
We look forward to hear your thoughts, hoping in a positive answer. Thank you for your attention for now
