Subject: Ethical Values

Level: 1 ESO

Students were given a hypothetical situation of having to create their own society on a deserted island. They worked in groups to make up their society’s values, laws, how they would survive, and a constitution. They also worked creatively with their visual representation of their ideas.

The goal of this project is to understand the politics, the social values, and the necessity of some fundamental norms (such as the Constitution). Students answered various questions about their island and created a visual representation of their society. They then presented their projects to the class and answered any questions regarding their constitution, society, and laws.
