Two of our teachers recently took part in an Erasmus+ job-shadowing mobility in Ghent, Belgium. During their stay, they had the opportunity to observe lessons, learn about different teaching methodologies and discover how another European school organises its daily work.
This experience allowed them to exchange ideas with Belgian colleagues, reflect on their own teaching practice and explore new approaches that can be adapted to our school. They also gained a deeper understanding of the Belgian education system and its school culture.
Beyond the professional dimension, the mobility provided an excellent opportunity to strengthen international cooperation, establish new contacts and promote the exchange of good practices. Experiences like this contribute to the professional development of our staff and help us continue building a more open, innovative and international school.
