Description:
Participants will gain knowledge in the country's venue educational system, appreciating similarities and differences with our own system, and reflecting about possible measurements that could be applied in our school.
Outcome 3: Fight against dropping out of school, and develop new approaches to handle diversity in our classrooms

Description:
An important challenge in European schools nowadays is how to handle so much diversity between our students. Not only due to learning difficulties, but also social, economical and ethnic backgrounds or origins. This diversity sometimes causes early school dropping or failure.
Outcome 4: Develop the teaching and use of modern languages to guarantee success in a globalized world.

Description:
Participants will improve their communication skills in foreign languages, by using them in professional and private life contexts. They will take part in bilingual teaching classes at the receiving institution.
Activity / task 1: Job Shadowing of teaching sessions
Attendance at teaching sessions on various subjects in the curriculum in the hosting institution. In particular, Spanish lessons and lessons of subjects taught in English (CLIL classes).
Activity / task 2: Reports on teaching sessions observed
Preparation of reports on what was observed during the lessons.
Activity / task 3: Active participation in a Spanish as Foreign Language lesson
The participant will prepare a short topic to discuss in Spanish with the students attending the Spanish class at the hosting institution.
Activity / task 4: Meetings with the teaching departments about the teaching-learning methodology in the hosting school.
During these meetings the participant will learn about the different teaching methodologies applied in the hosting institution, both on STEM and social subjects
Activity / task 5: Meetings with the management and guidance team about the organization of the educational system in Germany, and the procedures for inclusion and attention to diversity.
During these meetings the participant will learn about the different methodologies applied in the hosting country when dealing with diversity of various types in the classrooms (learning styles, special needs, origin, mother tongue…). Also, about the main rules and structure of the Educational system.
Activity / task 6: Reports about meeting results
Participants will collect all the information given in the former meetings, preparing a presentation for the school staff in the sending organisation.
Activity / task 7: Designing of a task/project/activity for students.
After the mobility, participants would prepare a lesson or task for their students, applying any new concept/methodology observed during the mobility.
