Institut Sabadell is a public school with a long tradition in the city of Sabadell. It offers lower and upper secondary education (students aged 12–18), with a strong commitment to pedagogical innovation, inclusion, and the holistic development of students.
Our educational project is based on values such as social responsibility, coexistence, and openness to the world, with the aim of preparing young people for future academic, professional, and personal challenges.
Within this framework, participation in the Erasmus+ programme allows us to strengthen the European dimension of education, offering international training opportunities for both teachers and students, and building collaborative links with other schools and institutions across Europe.
Our institution obtained Erasmus+ accreditation in school education (code 2021-1-ES01-KA120-SCH-000043582), which guarantees stable funding until 31 December 2027 to develop the school’s European project called Moebius.
This internationalisation plan aims to enhance the educational quality and European dimension of our school through four main strategic lines:
Improving teachers’ English proficiency, to facilitate their participation in international projects and increase the use of English in classrooms.
Introducing new strategies to prevent student risk and exclusion, as well as fostering emotional intelligence and self-confidence.
Adopting best pedagogical practices from other European schools, adapting and applying innovative methodologies to our own reality.
Working with international teams, languages, and cultures, to promote coexistence, inclusion, and a European outlook in education.
With this accreditation, the Moebius project enables both students and teachers to participate in training mobilities, exchanges, courses, and stays abroad, creating links and collaborations with other educational institutions across Europe.
The project promotes a more inclusive, open, and innovative education, connecting our school with Europe and generating a real impact both on teachers’ professional development and on students’ learning and personal growth.
