In the first phase, MEC-CLIMARES will provide machine time of the hardware acquired with the FAPESP budget, as well as disk space for data storage of the several projects related to the center. Data usage and management will occurr according to FAPESP and USP Multi rules. Cluster [name] is made of machines with Intel® Xeon® Gold 5520+ CPU @ 2.40 GHz processor with the following settings:
2 headnodes with 28 cores Intel® Xeon® Gold 5520+ CPU @ 2.40 GHz and 512 GB RAM;
12 nodes with 28 cores Intel® Xeon® Gold 5520+ CPU @ 2.40 GHz and 1024 GB RAM;
240 TB storage;
Connection with administration switch Gigabit Ethernet and switch Infiniband EDR at 100 Gbps for process communications and NFS

Cluster access can be requested through USP Multi system. Search the equipment by name or access directly through this link, select "Serviços" (services) and "Solicitar Serviço" (request service). The request will be analyzed by the Management Committee before service release.
